I kept trying to suggest until he got the machines filled to open the VIP lines to everyone (you know, take care of the customers who were obviously becoming impatient) but instead of being diplomatic and tactful, he just threatened me with security and finally walked away.

I went to the VIP lines and was rudely told to go back to 'my' line by both the cashier and the manager (this is the guy who claimed to be the Fin. Someone claiming to be the Finance Director was not competent enough to keep the ticket redemption machines full of cash thus leading to a line at the cashier station full of 100 or more people. Figured we needed to go where we could really let loose ! We came here to have a great weekend drinking and gambling at the casino, we will go back we have vouchers to cash in but we won’t be there long, we like to drink and they don’t like that ! Gary and Corey at the smoking bar are wonderful bartendersĪbsolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. At this point we had literally spent hundreds on drinks and tips (we were not anywhere near wasted we just had extra money to buy other people Rounds and we tip really well) Guess you gotta move throughout the casino and not stay at one place too long ? This did not ruin my birthday as we went to the Golden Horseshoe club …. We were talking with another couple and getting ready to leave and go to another bar, two casino employees and an officer came over to ask us to leave.

We went last night for my birthday and sat at the smoking bar while taking turns gambling. Also you cannot have too many shots, they will escort you out.

Love that you can smoke in this casino, however that being said they are very strict on the one drink at a time rule.
